At PromiseLand Praise & Worship Center, we are blessed to be led by visionary, Spirit-filled leaders who walk in humility, faith, and obedience to God’s calling. Apostle Sharlotte Coffield and Pastor Marion Carson Sr. lead with a heart for people and a deep commitment to the Word of God, guiding our church to be Hearers, Believers, Receivers, and Doers through HBRD Ministries.
Their leadership reflects a passion for worship, sound biblical teaching, and lives transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Apostle Sharlotte Coffield
Sharlotte Ulonda Coffield was born on February 21 as the third of six children to Marion and Doris Carson, raised in a devout Holiness home that laid a strong spiritual foundation for her life and calling.
Ordained into ministry in 1998 under the late Bishop Antonio Johnson, she faithfully advanced from Minister to Elder, Pastor, and in 2016 was consecrated as an Apostle in the Lord’s Church. She is the visionary founder of PromiseLand Praise & Worship Center and, most recently in 2024, established Dominion Faith & Life Church, continuing her mandate to build and expand the Kingdom.
A devoted wife, mother of six, and grandmother of eleven, Apostle Coffield is known for her unwavering love for Jesus Christ and her commitment to living by the Golden Rule (Matthew 7:12). Anchored in Jeremiah 29:11, she leads with faith, integrity, and a steadfast belief in God’s divine purpose for every life she touches.
Pastor Marion Carson
Pastor Marion Carson Sr. is the lead pastor of PromiseLand Praise & Worship Center with over 50 years of ministry experience. He is passionate about preaching God’s Word, developing leaders, and serving the community. He is a husband and a father with village of grand/great grandchildren, and he enjoys cooking and just being with his family.

Overseer Tiffany Carson, Administrator
Overseer Carson serves as Executive Church Administrator at PromiseLand Praise & Worship Center, offering strategic direction and steady oversight to ensure the ministry operates with clarity and order. With a strong foundation in administration and leadership, she helps keep the church’s daily functions organized, effective, and aligned with its purpose.
She oversees staff coordination, financial processes, facility management, communications, and ministry structure, working closely with senior leadership to bring vision into practical execution. Her leadership creates an atmosphere where pastors, ministry leaders, and volunteers are supported and equipped to serve well.
Recognized for her integrity, discernment, and servant’s heart, she is committed to strengthening the church through excellence, accountability, and thoughtful stewardship. Her dedication helps cultivate a healthy, unified environment where ministry can flourish.
Prophet Charmika Grant, Assistant Admin
Prophet Grant faithfully serves as Church Assistant Administrator at PromiseLand Praise & Worship Center, supporting the daily operations and overall mission of the ministry with excellence and organization. She assists in coordinating programs, managing communications, and providing consistent support to both leadership and congregation members to ensure the church functions smoothly.
Known for her reliability, compassion, and attention to detail, Prophet Grant plays a vital role in keeping church activities and administrative responsibilities organized and efficient. She works closely with church leadership to help carry out vision and ministry initiatives with integrity and humility. Through her faithful service and willing spirit, she continues to strengthen the ministry and serve as a blessing to the church community.
